Spa Hotel Imperial Karlovy Vary

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel situated in a nice park above town overlooking the mountains. The location was perfect, providing a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The room was very comfortable and spacious, offering a great view of Hotel Pupp. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, with friendly personnel and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of options to choose from. The spa area was fantastic, with a pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna available for guests to relax and unwind.

The check-in process took longer than expected, with multiple mistakes made by the receptionist.

As party people, we were thrilled with the incredible building and the almost empty atmosphere during the off-season. The pool was fabulous and the breakfast was good. Despite some restaurants being closed, the room was easily the best we've ever stayed in and it felt even bigger than our own flat. The first impression of the hotel was a definite WOW, with a beautiful garden area to walk around or relax in. The early 20th-century look of the exterior added to its charm. The private guarded parking was a great convenience, and the check-in process was smooth. The pool area was nice, with water jets that added to the fun. The buffet food was good, and the wait staff was friendly and quick to assist. we had a great time at Spa Hotel Imperial.

During our stay, we felt at home and there was really nothing to complain about.

The hotel had a great location and included transport. It was clean and well-maintained. The building and interiors were impressive. Good breakfast and dinner included. Staff was friendly and generous.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and had a very nice view of the forests. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, especially in the wellness area. The staff in the wellness area were continuously wiping the floor, ensuring it was always nice and clean. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a pool, two jacuzzis, and a sauna. The sauna was hot right from the opening hour, which was a great feature. We also received a bottle of wine as a gift from the hotel for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast at this hotel was really good, providing a variety of tasty options. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was quite near the city center and we could easily access the funicular railway, which took us down to the city center in no time.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Here, we indulged in exclusive amenities such as a full body massage and sauna. the indoor swimming pool was immaculate and easily accessible. the beauty treatment we received was exceptional, with a highly professional staff. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant with plenty of outdoor dining options. the room had exclusive facilities, and we were offered an in-room breakfast.

Our only minor criticism was that it was difficult to communicate with some of the staff at check-in. this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to other travelers seeking a unique and indulgent experience.

The luxurious amenities in this hotel exceeded our expectations. the indoor swimming pool with a tranquil atmosphere and the Spa center are excellent places to unwind and rejuvenate. the stunning sun terrace with its beautiful views provided a relaxing space to lounge. the treatment rooms, massage, and body scrub services were top-notch, and we left feeling pampered.

The only minor issue was that the garden area was not well-maintained, and the outdoor dining area was uninviting. this did not detract from our experience as there was a lovely picnic area, snack bar, and a range of special diet menus available.

Enchanting interiors, elegant décor, spacious rooms, good food, wonderful breakfast buffet. Lovely, cosy, clean rooms in a peaceful area with easy access to the city center. Beautiful grounds, excellent staff, and a great half board experience. The swimming pool area, Paris restaurant, and room view were fantastic.
